“I’ve worked at Game Changer for almost 3 years now. I started part time while working through college. Since then, I have held many different positions here. Currently I oversee our client intake, private insurance / billing department.

If I had to give a word to describe working at Game Changer, it would be grateful. Grateful for everything this job has given me. Grateful that I get to work in a capacity that helps benefits our kiddos and their families. I am grateful that I get to work every day with my wife and my best friends! I am grateful for these challenges and roles that I get to play here, from learning and creating a department, to participating in community events and fundraisers, to continuing education in the leadership academy.

“I remember my interview with Game Changer. I talked with John and Scott for nearly two hours, and what I found through our conversation was a passion to provide quality therapy services to every family that needs it, which matched perfectly with my passions as an occupational therapist. Now being on staff I have a deeper appreciation for how that works itself out daily within Game Changer clinics. In my role as an OT I have supportive supervisors who are there for me whenever I need anything, but who also give me freedom and autonomy to act as the best therapist I can be.

I am extremely excited to be a part of the staff who will be working at our new clinic in Midland. In the moments I have been there throughout construction I have gotten emotional thinking about the children and families we will be able to serve there, about the positive impact we are going to be able to make. Game Changer Therapy Services has provided a place for me to be a team member and provide individualized but holistic services to families across all of the disciplines we provide, and I look forward to continuing that work at our newest clinic.”

“I have been a tech for a little over 1.5 years now and I have met so many great people in my time at Game Changer. The love that I have seen for the kiddos at our clinic whether it be from a speech therapist, OT, or behavioral technician is truly awesome. I love going to work each day knowing I am making a difference in each one of my clients’ lives. Also, the teamwork that is exhibited every day is indescribable and we truly are a team, everyone is always so willing to pitch in and help each other out whenever help is needed.

Our supervisors, strive each day to help us excel in our positions whether it is implementing new programs or just giving us a different perspective on how to help our clients succeed. The owners Scott and Kellie are wonderful to work for and care so much for their clients and staff. They are always bringing in new items for the kiddos to help them succeed in ABA.

Finally, I never thought I would have a career where I was paid to play with kiddos all day, sing silly songs, play with PlayDoh, and just have a great time all while making a difference in a child’s life. I cannot say enough about the work we do at Game Changer and the love I have for all the clients and coworkers. My work family is the best!”

“Out of the many things that Game Changer has to offer, I’d say that the one that I appreciate most is the positive atmosphere. Scott and Kellie are very present in the clinics with smiling faces. Your supervisors want you to succeed both professionally and personally, and seek to help in any way possible. Your coworkers not only become your teammates, but also your cheerleaders.
